This year, the team decided to hunt the 6 Forgotten Giants in Rødovre, Hvidovre, Vallensbæk, Ishøj, Albertslund and Høje Taastrup in the outskirts of Copenhagen as part of our annual field trip.

We cycled from Brøndbyøster Station to the giants, racking up a total of 27.22 km in fantastic weather.

The 6 forgotten giants are all made from scrap wood and recycled materials and were constructed by an artist with the help of local volunteers, hoping to show visitors overlooked nature spots. Each giant has a unique story and they are named after the volunteers and friends who helped build them.
