Jessica joined Nordic Patent Service in October 2016.
Jessica specializes in matters related to mechanics including gas cutting and welding equipment, industrial doors, medical devices, heat exchangers, wastewater treatment, hydraulic solutions, energy storage, flooring, and vehicle safety.
She works with a wide range of clients, from large multinationals to single inventors, assisting them with novelty searches, patent drafting, and patent prosecution, as well as with drafting freedom-to-operate and validity opinions. Jessica is experienced in opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office and has also experience with appeal proceedings in the Swedish Court of Patent Appeals.
Jessica joined Nordic Patent Service in October 2016. Prior to joining Nordic Patent Service, Jessica spent 8 years at two major patent law firms in Sweden and Denmark handling inventions relating to various technical areas and a wide range of clients, primarily small and mid-sized companies.
Before that, Jessica worked as product and quality manager at a gas welding equipment company and as technical communicator at a consulting firm.
“Diploma on Patent Litigation in Europe” from the University of Strasbourg – a qualification for European Patent Attorneys to represent parties before the coming Unified Patent Court.

Master degree in Mechanical Engineering – Logistics, from the Lund Institute of Technology, Sweden.
